Tomorrow will be a fun day. In the morning, Clancy and I are travelling with the construction team down to Bwali to the waterfall that is there. We will start off eating breakfast at Le Grande Café, which is the French Café here in town. We went there last night for their version of ice cream with the team as well. It was a nice time away to spend a few minutes in the air conditioning.
We will eat lunch at the falls in Bwali at the restaurant there before heading home.
Tomorrow night, the construction team and Clancy and I are going over to Dr. Ngoumape’s home for dinner. I am sure that this will be one of the highlights of the trip for me to be able to eat in an African home again and eat African food. It will be a long day I’m sure, but good.
