I received an email from Heidi Sisson, one of the missionaries, this morning. She told me that Jeff would be preaching at the Ali (Ah-lee) Grace Brethren Church this coming Sunday and at Ngoumboutou (Goom-boo-too) Grace Brethren Church next Sunday. Ngoumboutou is where Pastor Nadjilao (Nah-jee-lau), who is the President of the African Ministerium, is the pastor.
Pray for Jeff on these Sundays. I know he is excited and nervous all at the same time. He will have a translator and will preach two separate services each Sunday morning. The first service is in French which the more educated people speak, and the second service is in Sango which is the language that is spoken by everyone.
He will be welcomed and treated like an honored guest at both of these churches.
I'm sure he will have a memorable experience.
