Never trust your translator

Barb Wooler, the missionary that we are working with, has a sense of humor.  I knew this fact, but I forgot.  We caused a stir this morning in church when she told us that the gentleman who was making the announcements said, "Greetings in the name of the Lord.  Do you like my boots?"  This struck all of us funny and we tried to stiffle our laughter from the platform.    Five white people already stick out...  So I have learned a lesson, when listening to Barb translate...don't believe everything she says!
