The Rest of Sunday Morning

Sorry I had some internet problems after my last post and have just now been able to log back into my blog sight.

Sunday morning ended up being a pretty good morning.  I was given a translator at the Galabadja Church who had never translated before and I was his "practice."  He did an adequate job from what I was able to pick up but it definitely made for a few awkward moments during the French service since he had to stop and ask me to repeat what I said a few times.

During the Sango service, he was much more confident and I sensed that he did a pretty good job and getting the points that I needed to get across communicated with the people.

This church is a HUGE church as you can see from the pictures below.  The French service is much more formal as you can see in the pictures and the Sango service has people dressed more "African" and is a little bit more casual and laid back in the feel.
